The White Mountain School in Bethlehem, NH replaced a 1950's oil boiler with three self feeding pellet boilers. There is now a savings of $40,000 per year for heating their building.

Mascomba Valley Regional High School, Enfield, NH

At Mascoma Valley Regional High School, Froling installed three Froling P4-100 pellet boilers. These boilers have a total output of 1.023 million BTU’s per hour.

The large pellet silo can hold a full truckload of pellets. Pellets travel from the silo to the boilers through steel pipes. “The 500 gallon buffer tank gives the system a boost when heat is needed quickly”

Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center, Greensfield, NH

In the winter of 2007 Crotched Mountain began using their custom designed wood chip plant. "Crotched Mountain has contracted with a wood chip supplier 10 miles away and calls for chips that are matchbook sized or smaller, with consistent quality and moisture content. The supply contract runs for five years, and
has a two percent price escalator. “So we know what our fuel costs are going to be for the next five years,” Redmond notes. “Nobody who’s using oil has any idea what their fuel costs are going to be.”"
